Ok so I went for the screening today, I had 3 appointments today so I will try to cover them all. First was the Insulin Pump educator, I think I will consider the pump not only because it will give me better control of my diabetes but will cut down on 3 shots a day so I will only have to do the Heparin twice a day. I only now have to wait on the horrible insurance company to approve the pump. During the regular OB visit, they said I have a Vitamin D deficiency so I have to do a high dose of D for 8 weeks if all goes well I will reduce the dose to every other week after the 8 weeks. As for the NT scan, the baby kept waving and jumping and moving..YAY!!! however because of it the baby was not in the right position so that the tech could see what she was looking for, I will go back on Monday to have the test repeated. Other than that everything looks great, the baby is the right size and moving has a heart beat of 150! I couldn't be happier.
