| 16-2-2009 - 4n hours on 4 hours off | My mood while writing this blog:tired |
Hello. I have never been the type of person who sleeps alot during the night, mostly due to my job. I haven't had a set time for my hours at work...hell I'm on call 24/7. I normally (when I wasn't pregnant) can sleep anywhere from 5 to 8 hours dependening on what that certain day has going on. This is completely normal for me. I get the normal amount of sleep either during the day or the night which ever, but NOT anymore.
When I first got pregnant I was just plain tired....my body was etting use to the new changes going on. I mean come on I'm growing a child right, so yes I should be tired. All that was fine and dandy, I get it, I suppose to be tired for the first couple of months. But now I can not sleep for more than 4 hrs. Then I'm up bright eyed and bushy tailed ready to go......then it hits me like a ton of bricks, exausted! Ihave no choice but to take a "nap" and it's been for 4 hrs. This is driving me crazy.
Here's a perfect example, yesturday I woke up @ 4:30am and was up until 6:30am. Back to sleep and then back up around 11am. I must have gottin a bug up my butt or something because I NEEDED to be out of the house. So I got ready showered, shaved, hair done, make up on, dressed to impress, all the things I haven't wanted to do in a while. Anyways left and around 3ish I started to fill a wee bit tired, but I wasn't home so I just dealt with it. I purposely stayed away from the house.....tired basically the whole time mind you. I ended up coming home finally around 10 last night. I was in bed and out by 11:30pm. I thought I had a plan to completely exaust myself and I'd sleep thru the night. NOPE woke up at 2:30am to pee, back to sleep, and right back up @3:30am.
So here I am again bright eyed and bushy tailed in the middle of the night. Nothing on TV, so what's a girl to do? I can't clean or pick up around here because I'll wake my dad.....and I really don't want to do that. So I sit on this damn computer, waiting for the sun to come up just so I can go back to sleep. This is really starting to get on my nerves.
I would just love a full nights sleep before the baby comes...that would be AWESOME!!!!!
Sorry to complain about something this stupid.
