20-2-2009 - 20 week Ultrasound

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

Well I got to have my u/s a day early because I noticed that I had some spotting, which really scared me. It wasn't a lot and it wasn't bright red.(sorry if tmi) Anyway so my doctor had me come in and they gave me an u/s but it wasn't the regular lady who gave it to me. This lady was not friendly at ALL!!! She didn't let me watch..but for like 2 minutes at the very end...didn't explain anything to me. At the end she just said well eveything looks fine. So of course I'm relieved but it was just not a good experience. She also said, I'm pretty positive it's a GIRL! But she didn't wan't to say 100% sure. I'm sure they just say that to cover themselves in case they are wrong. I was very very very relieved that my baby was healthy and that everything was fine, even though my u/s lady wasn't going to win any kind of personality prize! (I also didn't get any pictures :( ) So just to get another opinion and get some pictures I scheduled another u/s with a different place. So I'm veryyyyyy excited!! I feel more reasurred with everything and am so happy that I will be having a little girl...my little Beni Rae!

I am glad to hear everything is okay. CONGRATS on you little girl! We find out today at 4:30, and I am soo ready!
