My mood while writing this blog: Ok |
well, we had an ultrasound last night that lasted all of 7 minutes. makynli is looking fine but she's in the 94th percentile and is weighing in at almost 5 1/2 lbs. she's also head down which is really worrying me. with peyton, we had a csection. i want to do a vbac but i know the risks involved. im scared enough with this pregnancy having had lost peyton to sids at just 2 1/2 months old. should i really go for a vaginal if makynli cooperates or should i stick with the csection? my hips have been killing me lately. it literally feels like my legs are going to wobble off lol. also, yesterday my dr diagnosed me with vertigo. i have spells of intense dizziness, feeling like the rooms spinning, numbness in my arms and legs, difficulty with coordination and nausea. my plan was to work up until having her since i havent gained any weight at all so its not hard to stay on my feet all day. im just not sure what to do these days with all of these unseen circumstances coming my way. it sure is hard when ive been one of those types of people that has everything planned to a t...if anyones had a vbac i'd love to hear some experiences to ease my nerves [:

Saturday, 13 Feb I say follow your heart. Maybe you could talk with your doc and tell them you want to do a VBAC as long as the following conditions apply., And have them have a room ready in case you do need a c-section. Like if the baby shows ANY signs of distress to go ahead and take him or something like that. BabyChristion2 -
Friday, 12 Feb Hello! I understand how you feel. I had an emergency c-section with my first.. and personally I told the docs from the beginning that I just wanted to have another c-section.. due to the risks involved going natural the next time around. It is a longer time to heal as we know.. but I just dont want to take any chances of anything. I would love to know the difference.. but I always have the WHAT IF in the back of my mind. Good luck to you.. you will do great! kiarasam06 -
