My mood while writing this blog: Ok |
so we had our dr appt on jan 17, 2012. I had signed up for a specific ultrasound lady cuz she's awesome but of course i got this old lady that only gave us 3 pictures and wouldnt even try to do 3d ultrasound because they told me I have anterior placenta. boo. i knew i did not just because they told me at the earlier ultrasound but because the kicks are very muffled. I was most sad about this since it was the biggest thing i was looking forward too. i wanted the girls to be able to feel the baby kick. they say after like 28 weeks the placenta should be moved really far upward so i should be able to feel it then. as of now it is right in front and its likew the baby is kicking a pillow lol. i have felt the kicks very early on still but they arnt very hard and little baby must be kicking hard. if fact she's kicking me now. So i was kinda mad especially since the lady i like did 3d with no problems last time, this lady didnt even want to try. the lady did tell us much to our surprise that baby 3 is a girl. daddy seemed alittle sad it wasnt a boy but he said he wasnt and then seemed to quickly got over it once i become emotional and started to cry. kaydence and kaelyn had both said that they thought it was a girl. so now im just going through baby name books trying to find names. boys names were easier this time around and girl names are hard for us. i have only found a couple we like compared to quite a few for boys which in the past it has been the opposite. i was watching a commercial yesterday and they flashed several food items across the screen and i told my husband that the peas looked good. he looked at my surprised that out of all the food they had just shown i thought the peas looked good. he asked what was wrong with me. i dont know its not me, its baby 3. he said ya out of all that the veggies look amazing lol sarcastic. i cant help it veggies and fruit sound the most awesome. i craved a peanut butter and honey sandwich yesterday after seeing winnie the pooh swim in honey but i was too busy making an apple pie and doing dishes to make it. i also am craving oatmeal, sauteed mushrooms and onions and jamba juice and their oj. oh my goodness i have never had such amazing orange juice as the fresh squeezed kind from jamba juice. the girls have been talking to my belly which is really sweet and i tell them to kiss the baby and they do. I have been having a hard time drinking water so i started to drink zippfizz but i can only drink one a day cuz of the caffeine and the amount of vitamins so now i have decided to take up country time lemonade hoping it will help me hydrate more. the snow has finally melted around here after 4 or so days of lots of it. we got like 6-8 inches but my parents got like 2 feet of snow. i already miss it.. except driving in it. im excited to schedule my 3d appt for 29weeks in march. after seeing the little girl. im excited to see her again. the picture seemed alittle less clear because of the placenta being on the front but we were happy to see her. on saturday jan 21st my sil melche and my neice finaly flew in fro mthe phillippines to finally live here after getting there visa and citizenship. it was so nice to get to meet them. anacely gets along great with the girls. she was hugging and kissing them ( 19months old), patting the seat for kaelyn to sit with her. she even grabbed kaelyns shirt and pulled her toward her so she could kiss her. we had breakfast and then later on we had dinner at applebees with josh and i's parents and announced the gender by giving them little boxes of pink hershey kisses. we then went to aunt beths and announced there too since there was alittle party going on. everyone was of course soooo excited. she will be well loved. half way through the pregnancy :)

Tuesday, 24 Jan Congratulations! 3 girls for both of us :) I remember you saying you wanted another girl. Sorry you didn't have a better u/s experience though. I think only the really nice, cheerful people should work with us pregnant women. K1mber *Team Pink* -
