My mood while writing this blog: BOOO!

Well I found out a few days ago that I failed my 3 hour glucose test... Im not happy about it...but what can I do. My mom had it when she was pregnant with me, from what I've been told and my sister had it with my niece. Im not worried about it, im just worried about the cost to go see this doc on September 26. Im a self pay patient because I can not qualify for medicaid and have no health insurance... I have a way to help my hospital stay and lab work charges come down...but have nothing to help with this. But im going to call their office here in a little while and ask about the costs and what kinda payment plan I can get into. Also another thing I was wondering about is...when i took my 1 hr glucose test, the nurse was pretty persistant about getting me to come back the next week right away to take the 3 hr test. Now that I have failed the 3 hour test, it makes me wonder why they booked my appointment all the way at September 26th. Because if it is a big deal that I have this, shouldnt I do something, like get my restrictions and all that right away? I dont know. Once I go see this doctor I will only have 2 months left... That is crazy. I still feel like I have forever to go. My boyfriends sister has only like 3-5 weeks to go and I know once she has her baby I am going to start getting anxious to have mine... But for right now... I feel like I have forever...

Oh good news! I booked my 3d/4d ultrasound for Oct 3rd... I will be 32 weeks then... And they say the time to get one done is 28 weeks but a little longer if you are a overweight, and i am overweight so I want to make sure to get good images... I got the package with the 4 blk and white photos, 4 color photos, DVD of the entire session, Cd with the images on it, and I think thats it. Oh and a 30 dollar coupon for if you come back for other services. It cost 190... is that about how much it was for you ladies? I saw a place that was slightly cheaper but would have to drive an hour further to see them, so its worth it to me...Cant wait!
