| 27-9-2008 - Dietrician Apt |  My mood while writing this blog:Blah |
Yesterday i had the dietrician apt... It was ok...I guess the diet really isnt going to be that bad... i can still eat mostly the same things, just a certain amount of them... I have to test my blood 4 times a day... before breakfast and two hours after breakfast, lunch and dinner. I really dotn think this is going to be a big problem for me tho... Right after i left the dietrician i was starving and went to mcdonalds...lol... I can do that.... I was thinkin i couldnt ever eat fast food again but i can... I got a number 2... 2 cheesburgers and fries and a water... Which is exactly the amount i am allowed for lunch... and tested my sugar after 2 hours and it was 117... just under the 120 limit...and thats eating stuff that is bad for you... So im thinkin this is gunna be a peice of cake... I honestly dont believe i even have this GD thing... i just think that i shoulda ate better up till the day before the big test... i had a big peace of cheesecake like the day before... with chocolate brownies...lol...and it was gooood. So idk... Hoping it will be easy... Im really just starting the diet today... So well see how it goes.

MMMM since I've been pregnant I've had SUCH a thing for cheeseburgers hhehhe. I would be so happy to find out I could still have them hahha. Hope it stays in control and doesn't cause you any frustration :) Being pregnant is uncomfortable enough without limiting our cravings!!
