16-1-2009 - Patiently Waiting.... peacefulMy mood while writing this blog:
peaceful

Hello. This is my first blog EVER! haha. Ok so to catch everyone up, i am currently 16 weeks and 6 days. I will be 17 weeks this Sunday and my due date is June 28th. I am sooo excited that i am having another baby, its insane. I didn't think that it would happen so close to my first but i am glad it did. My husband and i want our children very close so i can get get past the whole child bearing stage. Its amazing, but not something that i want to drag out for 15 years. I had a few problems that i had to deal with early on in this pregnancy. I was diagnosed with a subcronic hematoma which completely healed about 2 weeks ago (yay!) and i was also diagnosed with complete placenta previa( which moved and is now only a "low lying placenta") which is great because as the baby gets bigger that the placenta will move too. Thank god! i had to be on bed rest for 2 weeks until i healed but now i am back at jiu-jitsu working out (taking it easy but keeping in shape none the less!) I am starting to show a little bit. I do my best to stay fit so i guess i am not "showing" as much as other woman who don't have the same kind of lifestyle i do, but i am beginning to look prego none the less! Very exciting!

I have my sonogram the 10th of February so i am stoked! I am DYING to know if he is a she or she is a he. lol. you know what i mean! I was one of those people who said they weren't going to find out but I CANT DO IT! I am envious of you woman that can, but i can't. Oh well. I am so organic and holistic in every other way possible in my life, at least let me have this one little temptation! how can i pick baby names out? i need to pick baby names out! I would like to have another girl because i own everything under the sun for a little girl, but i would also love a little boy. I can take any gender (obviously i am not going to send it back!) but i think i am more curious about what the gender is. I think it is a boy but who knows? Hopefully i will February 10th!!!!

I am having another baby shower(yay) and i am excited about that! I think they are tacky to an extent depending on how you do them. My father passed away 2 months before my first one, and many people couldn't attend, so my family is throwing me another one. A lot of my husbands family wasnt able to show up so hopfully they can show up to this one (not like i really care but thats a wholllle nother' blog!)I looooove baby showers esp when they are for you! lol. anyway i am soooo ranting/blabbing whatever it is called. i would love to post more blogs i just have to many thoughts and have to somehow orchestrate categories and make my blogs be about one topic and not 10. Good night ladies! I should really get some sleep!

I have a low lying placenta too and Im in week 19..We'll have to watch eachother and see what happens..they couldnt tell the sex because the baby was breech and behind the placenta--grrr
Were gonna pay for another one around 25 weeks just to make sure the placenta has moved and Hopeffully we will be able to see the sex by then. The doctor hasnt ordered another u/s untill 32 weeks and I cant wait that long...I need to nest!
