One of my biggest fears is to eat something "bad".. I hate to be sick! I've had one bad episode of this already this year and being preggo it was NOT fun.. I saw this site online and thought it was a good idea to post this
We all eat out during the summer time, around here "cookin out" is the THING to do.. well to make sure we don't get sick here are the temperatures that meat should be cooked at :) so bring your thermometers
with you this summer :)

it's odd cause i was big into meat before i got prego. and since i really haven't been able to even stand the smell of it. i just eat alot of nuts. :)

ooooo and a note to add to this dont eat stuffing that has been in a bird no matter what temp aparently.... its ridden with bacteria and ofen cooking doesnt cut the mustard :)

Yes,please be careful I try to never eat processed meats, unpasteurized or soft cheese, any salad that I don't wash myself, or any burger that I am not sure about ( even a little pink). There are Bacteria that will not make you sick, yet can kill your unborn baby! Listeria being the most common.
