08-4-2009 - My first entry...april 8th 2009...23 weeks 1 day

So this is my first entry....started kind of late I guess....better late than never. hehe. So on my end all is well....Im almost into my third trimester and Im insanely excited about it!!! Ive gained a total of 13 lbs up-to-date which seems just about right. Ive already outgrown the majority of my clothing which needless to say is a little discouraging, but Im reassured by the fact that its all for a very very good reason. We found out on the 5th of march that we are having a little girl, before long we decided on the name Sydney Rachel Joy. My pregnancy up-to-date has been a joy, Ive had the usual morning sickness (that seems to last most of the day :P) and the run of the mill aches and discomforts that come along with being pregnant but Im definately not complaining. I love the fact that Im carrying another life, one that is so important to me, more important than anything else in my world. At 19 weeks exactly I felt little Sydney kick for the first time...It was incredibly special to say the least, at about 21 weeks Mike felt her kick for the first time, I was so happy to be able to share that with him :D At this point Im taking it day by day and looking forward to next big milestone.
