22-4-2009 - Week 25

My mood while writing this blog: Heartburned....

Week 25! Just beyond the 6 month mark!! Not much is new on my end... Sleeping has become a hassle and a half, Im starting to feel like a beached whale who just cant get comfortable in bed....Ive tried placing pillows between my legs under my side and the such but nothing seems to work. I managed to get a whopping 5 hours sleep last night and I wish I could say those 5 hours were un-intterupted....My heartburn is getting worse by the day and it seems to radiate from the tips of my toes (ok well not litterally!! :P) Sydney is getting more active everyday....sometimes I could swear shes trying to kick/punch her way out. Her movements have become strong enough that I can see them when looking at my belly...Its really odd....almost an alien feeling (not that Im referring to her as an alien, its just such a different unknown sensation) My next ob/gyn appointment is next tuesday...I look forward to seeing my obstetrician as I havent seen him since beginning of March ( 8 weeks between apts.) Im really looking forward to seeing how much weight Ive gained....I was at a total weight gain of about 13 lbs at my last appointment and I havent bothered weighing myself since...although I dont think Ive gained too too much...maybe an additional 3-5 lbs (ideally :P) Anyways I guess thats it for now, me and Sydney are doing well and were both definately getting bigger by the day :P Till the next "blog"
