20-5-2009 - 32 week appointment

My mood while writing this blog:
feeling good

I had my 32 week appointment today and it went well . From now on i will be going to the dr's every 2 weeks yaaay finally some real progress . i still dont have stretch marks which i am happy about i just keep rubbing vitamin e oil and palmers lotion on my tummy every day as many times as i can remember to do it or every time i get an urge to. I asked my dr about strectchies and she told me its looking like i probably wont get any and if i do i wont see them till after the baby comes because the skin on my belly is still really loose which she says im very lucky because most women are strectched to the max by now.. personally i think its because of the vitamin e oil . but anywho i also asked her when will she start checking my cervix to see if im dialated and she told me at week 36 so im really excited for that. i gained 4 pounds since my 28 week appointment so im up 27 pounds total which is fine with me i thought i would have gained more by now especially the way i been eating but i guess my lil boy has been getting most of it !!! She also told me that baby jacob is probably 4- 4.5 pounds and that im growing just fine and right on target so im happy to say that the end of my pregnancy is looking and feeling alot better and less complicated than the beginning and im grateful for that!!!

It has a lot to do with the oil and lotion and keeping that skin pliable. Glad to hear all is running smoothly with the babe and pregnancy.

I was suprised that I had only gained 4 pounds since my 28 week appt. as well, so I am up 30 pounds. Although it looks like I have gained 60 due to bloating in my face and everywhere else for that matter LOL

I didn't see a single stretch mark until after I gave birth and even then you can hardly see them so I'm happy! I didn't use anything on my tummy so maybe you will get nothing! Gooluck! Sounds like everything is going well! Well done on only gaining 27lbs I reached 44 by the end...9lbs of that was baby :P

Nice.... I loved week 32! For the every 2 week appt.. then week 36 every week! dang.. you're almost there! I bet you are sooo excited! I was gonna say you look like you havent gained much.. your arms.. you can tell in the arms.. haha.. I on the other hand gained 40.. and still workin on gettin it off.. (not really.. if I laid off the junk food I would have it off by now!) take care...
