My mood while writing this blog: Tired |
I am now 8 weeks and 4 days. Have been feeling very nauseous since the weekend, but still no vomiting thank goodness. It seems to come in more regular waves...early in the morning and late at night...the afternoon seems to be okay. A nibble on a ginger biscuit & some rooibos tea works wonders, and I generally feel much better after that! I struggle to eat breakfast...and would prefer to just have some toast with peanut butter...but I don't think that is too healthy for little "bean"...so force myself to have cereal, fruit and water. I am a tea-aholic....but apart from my first cup of 5 roses first thing in the morning...I try and stick to only rooibos for the rest of the day. My jeans are feeling a bit snug...and I have definitely put on a kg or 2 already which is a bit scary. I need to start exercising more I think. My stomach feels bloated and like it's been pushed out, so can't suck it in flat anymore he he. My belts are slowly moving to the end notches ! BB are still a bit tender, but not as bad as some people have described. I am also not darting to the loo every too seconds....but perhaps that's because I am not drinking 8 glasses of water a day like I should !!! I just can't drink that much water...it's impossible for me !!! I have been waking up at about 130am every morning and feel uncomfortable and battle to go back to sleep. Climb into bed freezing and then feel really hot during the night. Can't wait until 12 weeks when hormones and things start balancing out a bit !!
