21-12-2008 - WOW - you can play with the baby already!

I've been experimenting with my belly and when the baby kicks a certain spot.....i give her a wee soft poke back....she often kicks the same spot again...even a few times.

Using my hands to very gently palpate my belly I can also usually find where she is....not sure which part all the time. Her head is usually at the top of my belly though....at least I think that's what it is. Sometimes this gentle probing gets her kicking or I can even feel her moving while my hand is pressing. My midwife commented as she palpated my belly last week...and said it's usually either the boney skull or boney bum that you can feel!
Very very neat!!

Of course, I don't do this all day.....as I'd probably find it annoying if I was in there!

Yeah I try that and baby punches me back full force, it was not impressed with midwife fiddlings at all and decided to head butt my bladder. ouch!

I have noticed this to its great i do it when the kids want to see there sister move its soooo fantastic seeing your stomach move hehe xxx

I did it too and I am also loving it.
Last night when I woke up to go for my routine loo trip, I felt this rock hard body part of baby on my left and It hurt and I rubbed it a bit and then I felt baby move away. Man, that hurt like hell also when I woke up this morning I found myself lying on my back and baby had his leg or arm in my rib. That was bloody painfull and I can feel my little angel everywhere now!
