I am not swollen today! My ankles are BACK!!! I know, I know, not gonna count my chickens but this new revelation also comes with a lot less CTS symptoms! (slept well til 8am instead of the usual 3am/4am/5am)
The only new thing I am doing is
eating more water! I have been eating a 2 navel oranges/day in the last few days and added watermelon to the diet yesterday on the advice of a Doula/Birth coach who was our teacher at birthing classes yesterday. As it turns out, you can drink a LOT of water when bloated and it can go through you and not take the bloat with it. Eating it slows down the absorption!
*fingers crossed again*
I missed my ankles!!!!

Monday, 12 Jan Water melon is very detoxifying and helps to drain any excess fluid so this is why your ankles are re-appearing...LOL
