| 20-1-2009 - TENS for CTS |
My mood while writing this blog: well slept! |
Despite so many celebrations over the many cures/fixes I've tried....none of them worked for longer than a day or two. For over a week now I have been
blissfully sleeping a full 8hrs with only the minor interruption of getting up to pee btwn 3am and 5am, and putting my
TENS electrodes on either side of my wrists followed by the splints. OMG....the pain disappears almost immediately! ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!
I was also sooooo pleasantly surprised to find out my husband's insurance plan pays for the unit ($400) and ..... and.....and...... I will try using it during labour too!!! Yee haw!!
