17-3-2009 - OMG! I think my water just broke!!!!!!

My mood while writing this blog:
DISBELIEF

I'm officially FREAKED OUT!! No no no, baby, you've got it all wrong....I wanted this week off to prepare more....both mentally and housework-wise. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

I rolled over in bed, and felt a slight gush or something inside....but when I got up, I easily made it to the bathroom without anything leaking...as I got up from my pee at the toilet and went to flush....there it was....some "plug/show" floating. Hmmmmmm I thought....I wonder if that's just from being "swept" today. Oh well I thought, I'm going back to bed. I almost made it there before the "real" gush occurred and sent me running back to the bathroom! "Holy SHit!!" I thought....and then of course in an instant I convinced myself that I had just pee'd myself! LOL!!! It was clear though, and didn't smell like pee.

It's 4am, my husband will be getting up in 90 minutes to get ready for work....I'm letting him sleep....I think he'll need the energy?? I'm going to try to get a few more zzzzzzz's myself..... I am assuming contractions might be waking me before my alarm clock!!

I repeat, i am so jealous. There isn't even a slight indication that I will go into labor soon :-( But my doctor said as soon as the water breaks i need to go to the hospital. Why are you waiting around for your alarm clock?

OMG that is soooooooooooooooo exciting...... little babas dont wait around ...when they are ready they are ready.....your plans dont even factor into it.LOL
