Ok Ladies,

I think Im going into weight depression. It's been 2 months since I gave birth to my dear ol GABBY GIRL ( I love her so much) had to throw that in there.(sorry) But now that I have given birth I feel fatter than I did when I was pregnant. Iam actually gaining weight I lost 20 after the baby was born and I have gained 4 lbs back.I think that Im dwelling on my weight so much that I'm starting to turn my husband off. I complain about myself when he comes in the bathroom while I bathe, I don't want him to see me naked. During sex I have to keep the blanket over me so he won't see my big ol body. I want to lose this weight so bad, but my daily life does not give me enough time to excersie. Soon as I get off work it's back to family life. Is there another way I can drop these lotta lotta pounds? I want to lose about 40lbs. Im actually thinking about taking diet pills. I have never been the one to take things like that but I feel like Im hitting rock bottom and the only thing thats going up is my weight. I need help and fast. HELLLLLLPPPPP!!!

in 2001 i was 161 thought i was hug back then i would love to be 161 now lol but anyways i asked my doc for diet pills he gave me phenermen i spelled it wrong well i went from 161 to 142 in 3 months it worked for sure but when you stop taking then your appetite will come back and you start gaining it back slowly... so have a back up plan after you use the pills or within 2 years you will gain it back

i do weight watchers it really works i stopped doing it but i just started back today.. i like it because you still eat regular food you just dont go over your points so i can eat 24 points in a day... and for example a bean burriito at taco bell is 7 points so you just make sure you stay with in your points and you will loose 2-5 lbs a week every week its so cool... its very fun you have a little calculator and you type in the calories fat and fiber of what you plan to eat and it tells you how many points it is.. so say you want to eat a cookie and it says the cookie is 8 points and you only have 4 points left for the day it half the cookie... those other diets make you eat things that are not realistic.. weight watchers basicly teaches portion control buy eating less to not go over your points and you find other foods where you can eat where there is low points... fried chicken is only 2-3 points per piece so i love it... the last time i did it i kept saying i need t lose for months and nothing happpened the day i made my mind up and jioned weight watchers i started losing weight the same week.... it seemed so easy once you make your mind up to follow the points system i lost 17 lbs when i was on it before and this was doing no exercise at all just following my points system!! so i know if i would have exercised i would have lost more and that was like in 6-7 weeks time... look it up on line and you can find a local place to do it the classes are once a week its around 10 dollars a week they weigh you everyweek and wright it on this card and when you loose 5 10 etc lbs they clap for you and celebrate your milestones its a wonderful atmosphere plus the class is only 30mins you can do it on line but i suggest going to class for the first 2 months before switching to online if that suits you good luck girl... today i made my mind up i weight 178 when i got married i was 168 my goal is anywhere in the 150's that would be lovely... i cant blame the wieght on amani either because i actually weighted 182 right when i got pregnant so i have lost about 4 lbs what a blessing... check it out for real girl

I know exactly how you feel. I am a single parent and after I had my daughter who is now 13 months, I haven't been able to loose all the weight. I've lost about 27 pounds, but not all that I've gained. I want to loose about 30 to 40 pounds too, but I don't have the time or energy to do so after work and now I'm living with family and very depressed. The weight does get to me too, but I have other issues, so I've put the weight loss to the back burner. I've haven't tried diet pills, but they do work, but you will put back double of the weight once you stop taking the pills.

I feel the same way... I hate it.. Im fat.. none of my old clothes fit.. ughhhh.... and I look down at my fat belly and wonder.. is this how it's gonna be? Am I just gonna let it stay like this .. this time (3rd child) I know it's only been 10 weeks.. but damn it.. I want my old body back! so.. it looks like we are all in the same boat.. now we need to all start a weight loss website! haha.. good luck!! We can all do it together!

Let me start by saying for ONE you are BEAUTIFUL, pictures dont lie here and im a good judge. Now about the weight thing, im up 40 lbs right npw myself waitin to pop this little girl out of me, and i went on Craiglist (they have that in your city? www.craigslist.org and in the for sale section i found myself a piece of excercise equiptment that suited me. I got an elliptical becuase you can fold it up and put it away and cuz its quiet. My plan for weight loss is to set it up in front of the TV and stay on it for an hour a day while i watch my soap opera :) And when i go back to work i am gonna record my soap and then do my work out in the evening. Now, i dont KNOW that this is going to work, im still prego so i have no idea what its gonna be like once baby girl is actually here, but that is definately the plan!!! let me know what you come up with!

I understand how you feel. I'm not sure if you are bf or not, but if you are you have to be very careful losing drastic amounts of weight. There are a lot of different methods you can use to lose weight. My recommendation would be to talk to your DR 1st before experimenting. You just had a baby and that puts a lot of strain on your body. Give your body a chance to get back in order with the hormones and everything. Talk to your DR....

where am from (africa) we tie our stomachs immediately after birth. with a clothe of some sort called a leso. tie it every single day around your waist. very tightly- it will be uncomfortable at first but you will get used to it soon.it really works. ur stomach goes back to its normal size before pregnancy an dalso BREASTFEED LIKE CRAZY. forget formula. volunteer ur boobs for any form of feeding. dont worry mama- u still look good tho and in time the baby fat will drop off. good luck!!

well i know how you feel its like every time i try going some where i cant fit nothing i want to wear and it do get depressing i really dont know where to start but we should have a little of our own weight lost club to try and help with receipes and exercise and just push each other to the beginning of the new year "2010".

Girl if you don't stop! you will get back and if not who cares your still beautful and hubby knows that after all you did have a human life in you 2 months ago give yourself time and TAKE your time. We still have the crazy homones in us to you know(that the excuse I use when I'm in a bab mood lol) and way.You body will start losing when it's time I know it's especially when your not use to the extra weight but belive me you are the only one noticing it, we are sooooo hard on ourselfs!!! Your hubby may think your crazy at this point lol think about it 2 months ago you had a baby in there and didn't mind him seeing you! don't you think he knows your body is still adjusting to that....don't be soo hard on yourself ok!!?

you look great but if you want to lose weight just go no carbs and breastfeed like crazy ... the pump.... dont be afraid to show your body off its takes time... but change what you eat.

First off let me start by saying you look GREAT!!! I wish I look like that BEFORE pregnancy!!! with that said... I NEVER allow myself to get depressed over weight. That mess can consume you...I have gone up and down for years and what I have figured out is that if your man loves you... what he loves the most about you is confidence!!! My male cousins tell me that they hate when their wives talk down about their weight... It is a turn off to them... they say they don't mind the weight they just want us to be happy.... I don't want u to be depressed... that weight will go away... I myself have gained weight after the baby... and I have no motivation to do much but care for baby... I have been eating alot more after baby because when I was pregnant I could not eat much... So Just start slow maybe we all can try to encourage each other sort of like a food journal... IDK ideas... Anyway I will keep you in prayer... Much Success...

Have you tried the Atkins diet? I've always gone up and down with my weight and I'm not looking forward to the post-pregnancy struggle that you're going through but I'm definitely planning a strict low-carb diet to see if that will help me. I lost a lot of weight doing that a few years ago and I felt wonderful. I also had success on Jenny Craig before, but that's expensive. Anyway I just want to say you are really beautiful and not to obsess over it if you can. Your body has been through a lot over the past year and it will take some time! Good luck. Be sure to let me know what works so I can try it later!

Hey girl...I know how you feel, no time for working out...after my last pregnancy...I joined weight watchers and it worked great! I didn't excercise or anything and I lost about 20lbs in less than 2 months...it's really great and plan on doing it again after this baby
