31-8-2009 - Baby shower

My mood while writing this blog:
OKAY

Okay, so here's the deal. I'm not going to be able to have a baby shower because of financial issues. My mom is the one who was going to throw it for me, but lately she has been going through so much and I don't want her to have to worry about it. So we both agreed to not have it. She feels bad, but I'm fine with it. As long as my baby gets the things she needs it's cool! I don't have family around here because my mom's side lives out of town hundreds of miles away(Philly, Houston, New Jersey) and my dad's side I don't talk to them. (they are too much drama for me) My sisters and cousin said they will get my baby some more clothes and help me get enough diapers and wipes. She has a few things now, but not enough. My mom is getting the stroller and carseat and all the other stuff she needs. I'm also waiting on my financial aid from school, but it hasn't come in yet. Don't know why it's taking so long. I should of been had it by now. Boy, I tell you the devil is busy, but he's not going to steal my victory!! Thanks ladies for reading my blog!!♥TAKE CARE♥

I know how it is. It's a struggle out here for everyone. As long as your baby gets the necessities for the first few months, you should be fine. I know how you feel waiting for a check. If it's not one thing it's another. I go through so much here and there. I just had to get a tire today. When you take 2 steps forwards something happens and you go 5 steps back. It's just life. But it will get better. Trust and believe.

as long as you get everything who cares about the baby shower...besides I know plenty of people who had a baby shower after the baby was born. You aint the only one who's financial aid hasnt come in yet...Im still waitn on mine.

God can do any thing some colud come up at any time you can may be have one when she gets here of any thing but like you said long as she has the things she needs .
