So I went to talk to our Human Resources person at work today and apparently we don't have maternity leave at my work!!! I will have to use all of my paid days off and then try to see if I can get on short term disability. I never thought twice about an employer not having maternity leave. Anyone else having to deal with this?

We don't have paid maternity leave where I work either so you have to use vacation time or have already signed up for short term disability.
