Write a new blog
So my OB called Thursday and told me after they checked my blood, that I have an underactive thyroid and they wanted me back asap to take more blood. I did that on Friday and am waiting to hear back from them on what to do next. From what I've read online it looks like, if caught early, then things can be controlled with tablets and baby will be fine. Anyone else know anything about this?

im also a underactive thyroid person! mine is controlled by a little white tablet and its not harming the baby what so ever

thyroid problems run on my hubby's side. i dont know too much about it but its genetic obviously. wish i knew more.

I too have thyroid problems. I had two miscarriages before it was detected. I was able to get pregnant as soon as I started taking the meds. I would get to your dr. ASAP and I'm sure everything will be fine. Your levels must not be way off becasue you were able to get pregnant. Best wishes tgo you. =)
