| 20-10-2009 - It's a ....... | My mood while writing this blog:Left hangin\'...lol |
...???? Dr is GUESSING a girl, lol. That being based on the lack of seeing a penis, but he could not confirm the classic 3 lines/hamburger or girl parts either. He said baby was in a really bad position and totally uncooperative. He said he would NOT go out and buy anything pink, lol. My DH just smiled that sh*t eating grin of his. This because I wanted to know the gender and he wanted to wait. Guess neither one of us got our way, lol. In my heart she is a SHE though:-)
All I saw were arms flailing and legs kicking. She had quite a workout going, but during all this action, I felt movement faintly and only maybe twice. She is also in a breech position, facing my back. I believe that is why she is rarely felt moving. My other babies were all kicking my ribs as soon as possible, lol. So it was reassuring to know she definitely is active!
She is measuring 3 days bigger than where I am, so she is growing fine and healthy. Everything looked great, no concerns. Sadly she has no name yet. I have a handful, of course none of which DH likes. So, just like with Arianna, her name will come out on the drive to the hospital. Last minute doesnt leave much time for DH to fight me,lol.
Today I did get the H1N1 shot, as well as the seasonal. I believe I made the right decision for me and her. Both shots were Thimerosal(mercury) free. I spent days reading and researching and listening to everyone on here and even the info they received from their Dr.'s. Lots to soak in. My 16 yr old daughters friend just passed away from H1N1 on Tuesday. He had an underlying medical condition, but still a life too young to be lost. To each his own though, and I pray we all remain healthy during this season, with or without the vaccines:-)
So for now, she is my newest member of our Team PINK. Atleast she better remain that way or we will have some issues, lol. I already told DH if she was a HE, HE was going on Ebay, lol. My youngest may as well be his evil twin, and she IS a she!
