so im 39.1 weeks pregnant and i believe i lost some of my mucous plug earlier today. it was gooey long string with a tinge of yellow to it..? does that sound like it could be part of my plug? also, do you think labor is near for me seeing that i am 1 week away? just curious!

i've had the same long stringy yellowish discharge for a week now and doc said it can be part of my mucus plugg.... im only dialated 1cm and im due Nov 12 too!! baby does not wanna come out!

I think so!!! I had sex a day ago and had the same thing. Just anticipating on the labor pains. Just curious on how they feel like and if I can tolerate it cause I think I have a high tolerance for pain. So nervous!!! The countdown begins!!! Good luck mama, keep us updated!

Have you had sex recently? sometimes semen can be stringy....I know that with my first when I finally lost my plug (several weeks after my preterm csection which was wierd) it was like a big wad of really sticky jello...I'm 33w right now and think I lost a bit of my plug earlier today. it was yellow and gobby.
