Accomplished and Feeling Great about Myself!



Well, so far the new health and fitness routine is going splendidly! On top of that, it's giving me goals and other things to focus on rather than being focused on how long my period was or how I'm not pregnant yet. I'm really glad I have decided to do this and I feel like I am making great choices that will really help me and my future baby when I do get pregnant. Don't get me wrong, we are still trying, I'm just not freaking myself out about it like I was starting to before, lol.

So far, since July 15th, this is what I have lost on the new program:

Weight: 3 pounds
Tummy: 6 inches
Bust: 1 inch
Waist: 2 inches
Hips: 2.5 inches
Thigh: 2 inches
Calf: half inch
Upper Arm: 2.75 inches

My calorie range is
1,630 - 1,980 a day and my goal is to burn 4000 calories a week, aka about 571 calories a day. And boy is it great to be active!! I am also drinking at least 8 cups of water a day and taking a multi-vitamin with Iron and Folic Acid in it.

I'm going to camp August 2nd-8th to be a counselor and I am really excited! I'll be on my feet all day long and getting mondo exercise, so I'm hoping when I come back I'll have a pound or two to add to this loss blog!! When I have gone in years past, my average weight loss is about 10 pounds, which would be amazing! But I'm trying to set my expectations low at a pound or two, lol.

I am about to start my OPK's because AF has been gone for about a week, in fact I think I'm going to go POAS right after I'm done writing this, haha. If anyone has any advice on the OPK's I'd love to hear it, considering I really don't know what I am doing, haha!

Congrats!!!! This is great news...

Ok now OPK advice, poas 2hrs after drinking and NEVER poas (OPK) in the morning. Always late morning or early afternoon like 11:00am or 12:00noon

Dont forget to wait about 2 hours after fluid intake before you test.
