Well I decided to start taking prenatals yesterday, not because I think I am pregnant, but because I've heard it is a good idea. The few times that I have thought I was pregnant over the past 2 years, I've always been told to start taking prenatals right away. I've also been told that once we decided to start trying it would be a good idea to get on them so that my body is already prepared for when we do conceive. I've had the same bottle laying around for the last like year and half and it's going to expire in January, and as we know, prenatals are not cheap! So I thought it was a good idea not to waste them. I have the kind that are supposed to be stomach gentle and so far I haven't really noticed any upset. In fact I've felt a bit more alert and definitely less tired the last 2 days, which must mean they are working =) Hopefully they are helping an itty bitty developing baby that might have been created on the 12th also! Who knows, we'll see in about a week =)
