First of all, thank you ladies for all the encouragement!! It was a great thing to wake up to today! Well, I have decided that I need to become healthier and after reading (yes, me and my research again, lol) about different things that could cause irregular cycles, like obesity, I knew for sure that I needed to start making a change. Most of my family is obese and I guess my husband and I are technically also. So I browsed around trying to find a free website that would help me keep track of my food and water intake and my exercising. I ended up finding this AMAZING site! http://sparkpeople.com I am serious, this site is going to change my life! It will give you meal plans, or you can enter your own meals, and it will keep track of how much calories, fat, carbs, and protein you have eaten, and a water tracker. It has a fitness tracker, suggesting strength training and cardio AND they have examples of all the strength training, ones where you don't even have to have equipment. It has free workout videos for cardio and abs and a dozen other things. It also has forums and support groups. I really encourage anyone who wants to lose weight or get into a healthier lifestyle to check out this site!!! Right now my goal is to get down from 227 to 190 by the end of November (hopefully sooner than that though!!) If you do check it out, my user name is EricaLynnJ , add me as a friend! I am determined to use this resource to make myself healthier, not only for myself, but for the family I hope to have soon.

good for you!! i dont have much will power for all that stuff. tho now that i been pregnant, it seems lik im on a diet cuz this one does not let me each much an keeps me fuller alot longer. before i got preg i was 209 now im down to 203. so good luck!!!!
