Looking Good! I'm glad you had a great appointment and everything looks good. That does seem odd that your doctor won't take a birth plan. What's the big deal about that anyway? sheeesh.

Don't stress about the 'birth plan' thing. They're not really necessary. Just make sure that you and your birth partner are both clear on how you want things to go, and you'll be fine.
I went over my 'plan' in detail with my husband, but never did a formal one for the hospital. I didn't want to be frustrated if things didn't go exactly as I had planned. (I also heard from a few different nurse friends that they kind of make fun of women who bring birth plans, since things don't tend to go *exactly* as you planned).
My labor/delivery was still drug free and natural, despite my lack of a written plan. :-)

Weight: 138.5 lbs
BP: 120/60
FHR: 140-145
Fundal Height: Perfect!
I found out that my doctor’s office doesn’t accept birth plans. My doctor said that I should share any concerns I have with him while I think of them. I’ve never heard of a doctor doing that, but that’s ok.
I also found out that I passed my glucose test with flying colors. I got a 67 and from what I hear you have to have 130-140 to do the 3 hour test, so I did good! I also am not anemic, which is shocking since I was pre-pregnancy.
So, all is well!
