21-7-2008 - 2 month check up & 1st trip to VA

My mood while writing this blog: Tired, but good

Kaidyns 2 month check up on Friday went well. Shes in the 70 percentile for her age which is great.. although I was kinda worried because shes so small. She weighs 9lb 12oz.. so shes growing,BUT I think it may be safe to say shes not going to be a chunka chunk :o(. Well shes healthy so thats what matters rite? Rite. She got 4 shots AND a oral dosage as well... needless to say she was not happy and neither was I, but she took the shots alot better than I'd expected. Shes due for her next set of shots when shes 4 months :o( thats rite around the corner my poor baby!

Friday night Keith and I left for Va to pick up Jazmin/Ted... oooooweeee that was a long 8 hr ride.. I was tired and Kaidyn wasnt in the best of moods. We left home around 7pm after dropping Jeremy with his dad and didnt arrive until about 330am. The rest of the trip was aiight, we attended a wedding on Saturday afternoon, I did some shopping with my mother-in-law and hit he road back to GA bright and early Sunday morning. We were all ready to get home.

Even tho Kaidyn was a little fussy this morning,probably from the trip,she's feeling better I think.. her weekend consisted of being passed from this family member to another, I think the longest I held her was to feed her.. had I pumped I probably wouldnt have been able to hold her then geesh LOL Its to be expected tho, shes the last grandbaby to date so... theyre all eating her up :o)
