21-4-2008 - A pretty good weekend, atleast I think so

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

I can't believe I've got less than 20 days and Lil' Miss Kaidyn will be here. umm WOW! We had a pretty good weekend.. I think we got something's accommplished. I washed Kaidyn's laundry, made sure all her blanket's were xtra soft and smelling good :o) Our bag for the hospital is FINALLY packed (Keith's stuff too, and Jeremy wanted to know where his stuff was, cause he wanted to pack stuff too... AWWWWW!! Mommy's Boy!) I couldn't really decide which outfit to pack for Kaidyn... no idea what the weather will do, but the more I think about it.. I'm going to pack her atleast 2 more for a total of 3 to choose from. Anywho.. I got all of her gifts from the shower put away, the carseat/crib are ready to be filled. Keith cleaned all the carpets in the house, cleaned out the flower beds AND hung some pictures in the bedroom :o)

We went to Target yesterday to use some of the giftcard's we got as gifts and were able to get some of the little thing's that we were missing, i.e. a hairbrush ,(which will come in handy when Miss Jazmin decides to brush her little sister's hair, OMG I'll be able to rest easy that my baby's scalp isnt being shredded by Jazmin) a sleep positioner and xtra storage for the closet (which by the way, after doing laundry, the drawer's are all full to capacity!) the only thing I forgot.. or rather the the thing I should have gotten more of and I didn't were hangers.. SMH I have no words for the amount of clothes Kaidyn has!

We started writing in Kaidyn's baby book too... I think it'll mean so much to her when shes older to see that both her Dad and I took the time to write in her book :o) I'm so proud of Kaidyn's Daddy LOL and I've decided to let the kids personalize a page in her book as well-hey call me sentimental LOL

Today should be a quiet day for me @ work.. I've got my headphones for Kaidyn and her "Classic Baby Beethoven" cd for her to listen to while I try and put together a list of things for my replacement to do while I'm out on maternity leave, just tying up ends now Mommas, before u know it.. I'll be posting my very own Birth Story! I hope it goes beautifully.

Oh yeah, here's my list of things that I've packed for out hospital stay... what have I forgotten?? or what do u suggest?? OR what didn't u take that u wish u had taken ??Thanks in advance, talk to u soon!

Insurance/pre admission cards,a phone list of "who to call", "go home" outfits for Kaidyn/Jae/Keith, toiletries, pj's, robe, socks, granola bars,gum,playing cards,camera, xtra batteries, & 2 pillows. Keith suggests cd's and dvds.. I was considering a book, but I'm thinking I probably won't have time or have a thought to pick up a book.. but what if I do ??

SUGGESTIONS???
