My mood while writing this blog:
Ok

Hello Ladies it's been awhile since I've been able to keep up with all the conversation but, have got to join in a bit the last few days. I stopped working for my husband about 2 weeks ago. Just when I thought I would be able to get some much needed things done in the baby's room I started getting this horrible groin pain that is inhibiting every aspect of my day and night. I can barely walk, sit or sleep. Worst of all is trying to get up from sitting or laying down. I had my 32 week appt today where I hoped he would write me a script to relieve a little of my pain but, he said it's just ligament pain and will go away in the next few weeks. I'm so irritated because by then I will probably being feeling really crappy because we will be getting closer to D Day. I'm the last of my circle of friends to have a baby so I have lots of people saying it's not going to get any better and that it will only get worse....... Uggg. To make the pain even more intolerable the doctor had to leave when I walked in because he had to do a delivery and I sat on that damn table for over an hour. Thankfully my doctors office is in the professional building of the hospital so he was only gone 45 minutes.

The bad part of my appt was it made it look like I had gained 4lbs in two weeks since I went to my appt after eating Christmas lunch (turkey and dressing) with my little sisters at school. That's not fair thank goodness my next appt in 2 weeks is at 9 am. I have gained a total of 23lbs so far according to my doctor which I beg to differ I think I have gained 20lbs because I'm still not to my pre preg weight yet. I know this is because at the begging of my pregnancy I was in Europe and I know what I weighed before I left. With only a short time to go I think I'll stay under the doctor recommended 35lbs.

I had an ultrasound last Friday because the doctor thought I had too much amniotic fluid because I was measuring 34 weeks instead of 30 weeks. Well she had a bit too much fluid but, not too much to be concerned with and is measuring 6 days bigger than she should. I was hoping we were going to be induced early but, that didn't happen so now I'm just going to pray she comes early on her own.

I had my baby shower on the 6th of December. I had a great turn out about 25 out of 40 I invited. I gots lots and lots of stuff. I was very irritated at the fact that I wanted NO clothes or anything with PINK on it. Well low and behold I got about 30 outfits and tons of pink. I have also came to the conclusion Babies R Us is just about the most dumb bunch of people I have ever came in contact with in my life. Ladies don't be surprised if you get duplicate items off your registry because I got and returned $315 worth the duplicate items from my registry. Oh well I have lots of in store credit now. Weird thing about my shower was I got no diapers, no onesies, no socks, and no receiving blankets. Crazy huh? I will probably have to change Hattie 3 times in a day just so she will get to wear the 90+ outfits she has that are 0-3 months. People are ridiculous.

Girl you crack me up lol. I can't believe you got that many duplicates! I didn't get ANY duplicates actually. I got a lot of blankets. I guess people think it's really cold where I live lol. I WISH I had 315 dollars worth. I'd go buy his dresser! I agree on the outfits thing though. Thankfully my family and friends were smart and got me a variety of sizes. And no newborn stuff thank goodness. I think he's gunna come OUT bigger than newborn sizes.
