I had my 16 week appointment this morning. My doctor was 45 minutes late coming in to see me because apparently there was a needy girl asking 20 thousand questions which is fine but, geez he could of told her he had other patients waiting. What made me frustrated was I could hear this woman asking these questions....I seriously wanted to walk out of my room, knock on hers and say these questions are common sense you moron. They weren't pregnancy questions they were questions she should be asking her PCP.
Anyways, baby's heartbeat was 142 bpm. I gained 0 pounds which the nurse said was fine. She was also surprised I was still wearing my regular jeans. The doctor was glad I had felt movements. I got to schedule my gender determination ultrasound for September 10th at 11:00 a.m. I am so excited. I want to start painting and buying stuff. I can't wait.

I had my 16 week appointment this morning.
