| 24-4-2008 - Koen\'s 1 mo check up & the concert!!!! |  My mood while writing this blog:HAPPY!! :) |
**Koen had his one month check up yesterday!
He is definitely growing and growing FAST! He weighs 10 lbs and 5 ounces (he weighed 8 lbs 4 oz at birth) and is 21 3/4 inches long (he was 19 at birth) Doc said he is absolutely perfect-we go back in another month for shots. 
Poor lil guy!
I had my 1st outing away from Koen lastnight. I went to see Carrie Underwood & Keith Urban at the Civic Center.
I had so much fun. I went with My sisters (Tarah, Brig n Jer) My aunt Jami, her Best friend Trina, Courtney Conover and my friend Jenn! We went out for drinks before, at Texas roadhouse. They have amazing margaritas! 
Ooooh yes momma got her 1st drink FINALLY--haha! I pumped for lil man, and he took a bottle great, thankfully!! Jenn took a lot of pics--that I posted in a new album! I took some video on my phone--but I Have to go through them to see if they are any good or not, I was slightly intoxicated when I took them.
It was so much of a good time..to again hang out with the girls--without having to worry about taking a lil boy to pee, changing a diaper, or nursing a newborn. I could sing obnoxiously in the car to some Carrie songs--and pose by the buses, and kiss a van b/c it had Carrie's face on it!!

Carrie didn't sing as much as I had hoped, it was more Keith--but that didn't stop my sister, Court n I from dancing! Oh yes-we were those obnoxious drunk people you see at concerts, Iam sure, lastnight. Oh well. Carrie had some rockin outfits. Her 1st one that Jenn and I named the hooker outfit haha--though we did decide that if we had that body, we would just run around naked!! LMAO! Oh and Keith--It is wrong when a guy can rock a pair of jeans better than you right!? and better hair!! haha
Nicole Kidman has no idea how lucky she is.
