| 04-8-2008 - my weight | My mood while writing this blog:Ok |

OK, so this is day one of my diet and I am already taking this as my "free day"! I am following the Body For Life diet. It basically consists of you eating 3 small meals and 3 snacks through out the day and drinking a gallon of water. Hello restroom!!! You also work out 3 days a week and run for 20 minutes the other 3days a week. Then your 7th day is a "free day". You can eat and drink whatever you like and not do a damn thing all day. Of course the "not doing a thing all day" does have to change now that I have a kid. But that is pretty much what I will be following and I should see good results in 12 weeks.......If I can stick to it.
I did weigh myself but I don't obsess over weighing myself daily to see if I lost any weight. I care more about if I can fit into my old clothes again. So, I like to tape myself instead. OK, so here goes my stats...how embarrassing!

waist (at belly): 35 in.
waist (below belly): 37in.
hips: 39 1/2 in.
thighs: 22 1/2in.
bust: 37 in.
arm: 11in.
