28-8-2008 - 4 weeks!

My mood while writing this blog: happy!

4 WEEKS

Well, I am 4 weeks, not still sure exactly my due date, I know its from May 3rd to the 7th! So....I thought I would let everyone know my BFP story!

8-25-08- is the day we found out!

I had called my DH at work and beat around the bush a bit talking about insurance issues... (we knew this was our month and were just waiting to test). Anyhow, he got the hint and asked if I had bought a HPT and I said yah and he was like "it was positive wasnt it?!"... I giggled and said yes, but it is still early I want to get a doc. to confirm it.

Well, I took one more HPT and it came out a little darker and BFP...so I told DH I know this is it because I have had 2! Well I went that night to buy one more to take first thing in the morning, well that showed right up BFP! I am soooooooooooo excited and happy! It only took one month of us trying! W had gotten married on August 7th just 4 weeks ago and we made our honeymoon baby lol. It worked and so did not take long!

Now...the DH isnt taking this to well, he at least thought it would take longer than a month of trying. He is kinda in denial, I have still not gone to a doc yet, but I go on the 7th to confirm this (which I know im pregnant) to make him feel better! He keeps saying theres no way your pregnant, this cant be, ect. But I am and he will have to accept it and I know he just needs time.

Over all I am happy and excited, I have not told anyone yet, but you all! and a couple of friends, but I will let the whole world know once I go to that doctor!!! I cannot wait thought to tell anyone. This is our first time trying to have a baby without having a uh oh! so it is exciting and I know peopel will be excited for us! I cannot wait to tell everyone!

I have not told my children yet (one is 6 and the other is 2) but my 6 year old has an idea due to us talking about it and her asking us and I just said maybe. I will probley really tell her when I get an ultrasound!

I am not having any symptoms yet, but I know it will prolly take a week or so. I am usually a big M/S person so not looking to much forward to that, but right now anything would make me feel better! I am tired though so that is somewhat of a symptom!!!

I will be posting weekly updates in my blog, im a big blogger so just keep checking and I will let you all know about whats going on, congrats to all those whop have gotten their BFP's and BABY DUST TO ALL WHO ARE STILL TRYING!!!!
