28-1-2010 - Ryan is 9mths and 1 day!!! doc check up!

My mood while writing this blog: happy

Well, Ryan turned 9 mths yesterday! Such a big boy now!

He went to the doc today for his check up and is 19lbs even and 28 in long! Hes perfect!

He got the 2nd half of his flu shot and his toe pricked for his hemogloben (sp). Which it cam out perfect!! The doc told me if I wanted to i could start trying him out on whole milk,but I think imma wait a while on that! She said hes a very smart baby! Hes doing things that usually come a little later in age! So I think thats cool! Hes on the 45% for head, 25% for height and weight (which I dont understand, but oh well).

She just told me to get him outa my room lol and to keep trying the sippy cup out which he does get one, just dont like the fast flow of it so I have to buy diff kinds to use.. Ill figure it out!

When he was 6 mths old he got the 'birth mark' spot on his uper thigh and it just appeared when he was 6 mths old, so we have to keep an eye on the because it has gotten a little darker. She didnt seem to concerned just said lets keep an eye on it. So so far this month he has learned to

wave hi or bye

and play shy with strangers! (so no more loving strangers!)

He sings!

plays peek a boo

eating all table food now

starting to like more fruits

getting better at that sippy cup!

cruises like crazy along everything!

of course pulls up on everything!

says mama'dada'baba

Clicks his tougue

stands for a short period of time by himself!

tries to cruise an, but falls when he does it

gets himself into sitting position very quick!

rolls over of course :)

cries when you walk out of a room

loves strangers! (not a good thing to me)

dances (sooo cute!)

crawls (like a pro)

sometimes pulls up on things

has 4 teeth (which was hell dealing with him lol)

eats all kinds of foods

does not like fruits at all (I think its a acid issue)

feeds himself of course

loves his bottle

started a sippy (only plays with it)

sleeps in his crib (but ends up in our room lol) :)

LOVES TO PLAY!

grinds his little teeth

gives kisses and hugs

Its crazy ho wmuch they learn in one mth! I cannot wait and see what the next mth will bring! I post the list so i can look back and see what he has done in a mth and for everyone else to kinda look at and compare!
