January 18th - 38 weeks 6 days
have contractions almost every day now, but they are not close together like before. Pre natal appt. went good today, still 1cm but he said cervix is soft, thinned out and ready! I love being pregnant but feel anxious to see my little baby soon!
January 10th - 37 weeks
was at the hospital last night with contractions that started night before around midnite, got examined and they said I was one cm dilated and cervix is soft. gave me a shot of morphine for the pain and sent me home. had regular prenatal appt. today and dr said my cervix is thinned out and labor could be anytime! we are so excited. i am getting last minute stuff done and walking around the house alot.
November 1st - 27weeks
Found my first stretch marks. sad day. LOL!! was kinda expecting them anyway. needed my sister's help since i couldn't see. hahaha!! kinda wierd not being able to see my whole body anymore! feel baby moving everyday and loving every minute of it!
Had glucose test today as well, hope everthing went good.
August 23rd
Seen specialist and decided not to take the amniocentesis. The doctor re-assured us that is is our right to getting tested, but since our odds are only 1 in 309 our baby will most likely be healthy, happy and have no down's syndrome. We didn't want to risk losing our precious baby to a possible miscarriage just to find out that the test turned out normal. we are putting this in god's hands. Staying Positive!!!
August 20th
17 weeks pregnant!! yay!! Got the amniocentesis on wednesday. A wee bit scared, but thinking positive. Feel baby moving about almost every day now! it is sooo awesome! Jason can't wait until he too can feel baby moving about!
Feeling some morning sickness again, have been for the last three days.
August 10th
Heard from the ultrasound people. apparently i have a 'low lying placenta' dont particularly know what that means yet? the pages i have looked at say it can 'move' once my uterus grows more! so now i am hoping to grow more! hahaha!!
August 8th
Saw my Dr. this morning and he gave me a clean bill of health! no more bedrest - so I immediately came home and cleaned my house! We couldnt be happier! got to hear the heartbeating again today. Was very very awesome. Sometimes I can't beleive I have a little person in me! I love being pregnant!!
August 7th 2007
baby belly seemed to have "popped"!! couldn't be more excited. We had a scare on Sunday night, was bleeding and had a bit of cramping. went to the hospital and doctor said we had a "threatened miscarriage" - how scary was that. was told to stay off my feet for a few days and just take it easy.
