11-5-2009 - Not Well!

My mood while writing this blog: Tired and in pain

I went to the doctors on friday wiv an earache and she sed "yeh u've got a slight infection, take these" giving me some Amoxicilin, i go to bed friday nite and wake up about 3am wiv excrutiating pain in and around my ears, i took painkillers and put a cold flannel on each ear and eventually went back to sleep! however when i woke up saturday mornin my ears were really swollen and red hot and the inside was killing me, i thought id wait for the tabs to kick in so spent all day saturday and sunday in bed, i nearly went to A+E sat night cos the pain was just too much, anyway went back to the doctor today as its just been getting worse and worse and he sed i have Cellulitis which is blood poisonin and the inside of my ears are severly infected, the amoxicilin was doin nothing and he said no wonder i was in so much pain, now i have been signed off work on bedrest for a week and been put on 3 diff tablets, the worse thing is being pregnant i can only take paracetemol so the pain is so bad!! am feeling so down :-(
