when i had maddi i was 200 pounds 9 months later i am weighing 155 i lost 45 pounds i am trying to workout as much as i can at least 3 times a week and watch what i eat my goal is to be at 135 the main thing i would like to lose would be my tummy . any advice on good ways to lose my tummy let me know thank you

I wasnt that much. Right now Im 130 after my 2nd. I like you want to do the tummy area too. With my 1st I lost everything fast Including the tummy this time i have my tummy with inches to pull and I want it off, I was watching an ad on tv and you know that ad thing that give a message @ the same time and you just relax no strain and get it in your house for 30 days I would do that you know how they bash other weight loss equipment like why pay 3000 dollars on that. well i wonder if that ab thing will cost a month. ab rocket is what its called. I'm looking @ this site. 134.80 dollars If that's the price its so worth it. I bet if you don't like it get your money back.

Congratulations on loosing the weight. That is wonderful. I just had a baby and am trying also to loose weight. I was wondering if you would not mind sharing any of the things that you did that were successful in loosing the weight. I have been on a low carb diet and that had seemed to be successful so far.

CARDIO will help you loose weight ( walking jogging anything that will get your heart rate up + make you sweat like a man!) lol and then once youv lost what you want to loose start doing core training sit ups and all that. belly fat is usually the last to go so dont be discouraged if it takes longer. eating well will also help LOTS :o) you soudn like your doing GREAT tho so just keep up the good work my dear! good luck!
