04-9-2009 - Update - It's a boy!!

My mood while writing this blog: Over the moon!

Had my extra scan yesterday since my fundal height chart was showing 4 weeks further ahead!

Everything is perfect - I'm so relieved - all those restless nights were for nothing! We found out straight away that we were having a boy 'cause he had his bits on show! ;-) Midwife did all the measurements and said I have nothing to worry about. He's 3lbs 5oz, which I thought was big for 29.5 wks, but I was assured that this is average. Amount of fluid is fine & they're definately not out by 4wks with my dates. The only problem is that he's lying transverse at the moment so they will need to keep an eye on him & make sure he moves to a better position before labour. I've just started pregnancy yoga classes this week and have been told it's be best way to naturally move the baby into position so here's hoping!
