| 01-8-2008 - WEIGHT LOSS |  My mood while writing this blog:EXCITED |
HELLO I have PT 3 times a week and one group training a week i am also opening a photo studio so i do not make it to all of the PT'S I eat VERY BAD but i am going to stop BF so I can diet right i am so excited to do this with you all!
before my preg I was 140 lbs at my last DR appt I was 190 lbs when preg I lost 10 lbs after he was born I had a vertical C section so I was not alowed to return to workout for 12 weeks uhhhh but i go down to 163 lbs on my own now im 150 lbs I really would love to be at 135 lbs but will be happy with 140 lbs I have 3 boys and a husband they are great and help me a lot!!!!
Today is 8-18-08 and I am down to 145 lbs i am sooooo excited!!!!!
HELLO! today is 10-07-2008 I am down to 142 lbs!
Today is 11-15-2008 and I am down to 137 WOOT WOOT!!! i am so excited about this I have not seen the 130's in a long time all I need to loose now is 7 -10 more!!!!!
i am now at 136!!!! I am so happy!
