Hi girly..... I think it is so neat that you are taking these class for hypno classses. I researched this alot in the beginning of my pregnancy and was ready to give it a try and yeah.... my hubby laughed at me too. But I think that its worth a try if it will make it easier for you and baba to get threw the labor... So yea you!!!! Just punch your hubby and tell him that he his lucky that you not going to want to beat him up while in labor !! LOL! Thanxs hunni for all of your support .... knowing that your thinking of me makes me feel better.... I will return the favor when its your turn !!!! I hope your feeling well and your almost done.... yea!!!! Talk to ya soon.... MUAHHHHHHH!

Went to my first self hypnosis class yesterday to help with the birth. I was amazed to find how relaxed I could become and how quickly I could get there.
Am now practising the short cut version so I can manage to get to my relaxed place quickly when I need it in labour :o) My hubby has done nothing but laugh this technique off but after my last birth I want a few methods under my belt so I have some better coping mechanisms.Fingers crossed this helps with a stress fre birth x
