06-2-2009 - cerlage out and 36 week appointment baby showers

My mood while writing this blog: ok

so i got my cerlage out it was painful but not as painful as i thought. and it looked weird to me just like a little rubber band. well i went to the hospital and they set me up in a discharge room and got all of my info and was monitering me and i was having a lot of contractions but not real major ones to keep me. so they removed the cerlage and the doctor checked me and i was dialated 2 cenameters and 50% efaced they wanted me to walk around for 2 hours which felt so long to see if i would dialted some more and if i did then they would admit me the way i was feeling i thought i did dialte and the doctor had told me not to eat anything after midnight just incase i needed pain relief so i was spilling key tones. so after 2 hours of bad contractions anad me thinking oh boy i think they are going to keep me they check me again and i was still the same you just dont know how happy that made me feel. then they checked my keytones level agian cause the first time it was 3+ now it was 2 and they asked the doctor was that ok she said no she wasnted me to just have a trace so i had to eat thins nast sndwhich and tons of apple juice which i hate now and mind you we was there since 9 am and this was 2pm so another wait of 2 hours and finallly i can leave they just gave me papers on true labor and false labor and that was it. i can honestlytell the diffrence though with the stitch and with out it.

36 week appointment

so i had my appointment yesterday it went well i am not spilling any key tones his heartbeat is 140 and i have not dialated since i got my stitch out which was teusday. so the doctor has sceduled me for another ultrasound on febuary 26 if i make it there to see if he is growing on a good rate casue i didi loose 3 more pounds and she will be able to tell wether or not she will let me go past my due date or not which is march 1.

baby showers

well i have two baby showers coming up all in one week well my husband cousin is throwing us one febuary 15 and my mom is thowing one febuary 21 this is going to be such a busy week cause i have two showers and a doctor appointment and i have to take my mom to go get the food for the shower i am going to be so exhausted im tellin you. i know i should have been had a shower by now but finaces prevented it until now but if he was to come early and before them at least we do have the big stuff out the way already which is his crib carseat dresser/ chaning table and clothes and other stuff that he would need the only thing that he doesnt have right away which i will be getting soon is pampers and wipes other that everything is going good and all is well except for contractions here and there.
