08-4-2010 - 5 week Ultrasound

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

That Mood thing is silly! So I had my 1st ultrasound yesterday and I am 5 weeks 2 days. He has the machine in his office so every time I go to see him we get to see the baby. Well all we saw was the sac. I understand it is to early. But since I had diabetes with my last pg he wants a early ultrasound. So I am having one next thursday i will be 6 weeks and 3 days it is a transvaginal one. My question is can you see the heartbeat then. Has anyone ever had a transvaginal? I just dont know what to expect. Very excited. Bummed my husband cannot go in there. Grrrr. Thanks Ladies!
