22-8-2009 - Isabella is sick, 1.shot

Isabella had a loose stool, that turned into some green mucous and she was going about every hour. Then she started to cough and her eyes were watery and she had a temperature 99.3, her nose was stuffed, it was terrible for me to see her in this shape. Poor little darling, she is just 10 weeks. I gave her some formula to thicken things up, but it did not help much, so I called the dr. She said to give her Similac isomil df-the df is important, it is antidiarhial, they don't have it everywhere, I found it in pathmark, but i had to add a little bit of pedialyte to dilute it, because it is for babies 6 months and up. It worked like magic overnight. But she still has the cold.

Also she got her shot , it was Hep B, it was her first one, we stil did not get her medicare, so i had to pay for it, that's why it was also delayed.

I stll have 144 lbs 10 weeks pp, need to loose 20 lbs!
