23-10-2008 - Saw the baby kick!!!

My mood while writing this blog:
Ok

I woke up this morning at a little past 4 o'clock with the baby doing summersaults in there. He/she kept me awake for a while. I finally feel back asleep but while getting ready for work I tried to find the heartbeat with my stethoscope. Everytime I pressed down he/she would push back, basically telling me not to squish him/her. I thought it was hilarious! I stopped and pulled my skin tight (I was laying flat on my back) and saw a kick from the outside. Tonight after dinner the baby was moving again so I laid down on the couch and told my husband to sit eye level with my belly and to watch- he saw it too! Like 2 or 3 kicks. This child has either some long legs or is going to be a soccer player. One more day in week 19- I'm so excited to move to week 20 and be half way there!!!

Yayers congrats! I am not sure if you can see my little girl kick from the outside yet... but it is kinda hard to see since she is always so low! But I love it when I can feel her kick on the inside and I put my hand on that spot and can feel her there too!
