So this really is a TMI post and u dont have to read it if u are squimish, but im sure we will all go through this so yeah.... about 3 pm or so today i had a few contractions that were really painful and i mean really painful, but it was like 3 in a row then stopped. then when i went to the toilet it started and it hasnt stopped for the past 2.5 hours.
so its now been 5 days that ive been losing what is my mucus plug ( i think ) at first i thought it could be left overs from my partner TMI sorry. and we havent had sex now since last sunday so it cant be his leftovers anymore.
but its been there now for 5 days every time i wipe its a egg white texture, which looks a bit cloudy, but when put on white paper it looks a little more green it also has strings of very white lines through it... so im confused on if this is acutally my MP or what not, i dont have any infection and im still getting normal discharge like the clear see through stuff.. i did take a pic but i wont post it as its gross , i took it in case i need to show it to a midwife. but yeah does anyone have any idea what this is?

Yup so when i took a pic of it and looked at it later on in the night ( and when i showed my partner ) it was def my mp it had a murky brown to alot of the areas

I am only 30 weeks and I had some mucas snot like substance come out and I thought maybe is was the MP but maybe it was just some weird pregnancy side affect. I was trying to explain to my BF and he just looked at me like I was a weirdo. When I lost my MP the first time it was a big glob that came out with a little the day before and after. Could be the MP for you though since you are so close.
