Woke up this morning, feeling really run down. Have got a sore throat, headache and my body is aching and im all bunged up. God i hope im not getting the flu. All i can take is paracetomol and it doesnt seem to help. Any suggestions girls? x

Thursday, 5 Nov For the congestion and a bit of quick relief a couple of drops of olbus oil in a bowl of hot water with a towel over your head and inhale the steam. makes your skin feel really fresh too. if you want you can even put some in the bath but make sure youve got no cuts or scratches as it stings like hell if it gets in those! feel better soon, x lyla1 -

Thursday, 5 Nov i had a cold last week so i knoooow how you feel lol. i know its horrible. i had to let it run its course. lots of fluids (clear) ..honey lemon tea is good for you, even with a lil sugar or honey. and lots of rest ! thats all i could do. but make sure you still eat something (chicken noodle soup or something ) for the baby. dont worry to think of the swine flu cuz chances are it might not be. as long as you feel some hunger and eat soups and maybe some crackers and fruit. anything light., and you dont vomit. thats how i knew it was just a cold. i stil had some hunger every now and then and i didnt vomit anything i ate. just get some rest with a nice hot drink :) hope you get better soon!!
