I woke up this morning with sharp shooting pains in my groin, hips, lower back and down below. Could this mean labour is very near? What do you ladies think? would love to hear your comments. Im 37 weeks +

I had that on Friday. Doctor said that it's baby getting in the right position and preparing for labor..but not a start of labor.

I agree sounds like the baby is dropping.

I had those a couple of weeks ago i think its just the baby moving down into your pelvis sort of area ready for birth. It didn't mean any sort of labour signs for me. Midwife suggests a warm bath and paracetamol if it gets too painful. x x
