30-1-2010 - quick update

My mood while writing this blog:
hungry

All week i stay at home relaxing so i needed to get out today. Me and my partner went shopping for a few hours, and it killed me. I feel like an old woman walking around lol. Within less than an hour my back, hips and legs are aching so much that all i want to do is sit down every 5 minutes. My midwife told me to get excercise and do some walking but my body wont let me. My body is now aching all over, so i think im just going to take it easy from now on. I also worry about my waters breaking when im out in public lol. Im now 38 weeks + so its not long now anyway. Hope everyone is well xx

i know how you feel..i feel like a waddling duck now when i go out lol. but not easily tired yet. but then im not 38 wks lol. i probably will by that time ! lol. i know for sure ..as i did when having my daughter....if i do concieve again..i will be more active..by walking more. it does make a difference. just hang in tight! :):) huuugs

So cool to be at 38 weeks! It will be any day now mama! Take it easy unless you want to try and bring on labor then walk walk walk-sex sex sex..lol

I feel the same way! The doctor and a few friends all say that walking is great but it's so hard to walk! I get out of breath and I'm in pain too. I almost wonder if my body will ever actually return to normal once the baby is born! I hope so because I want to have the energy to be with her!
