11-7-2008 - Sonogram @ 9 weeks/1day

My mood while writing this blog: HAPPY

Yesterday was an amazing day! I had my second sonogram at 9 weeks/1 day. RIght away, I was able to see my baby dancing and moving his/her hands and feet. Then.. the best part.. THE HEARTBEAT! God, that was amazing!! It finally sunk in that I AM PREGNANT!!! =) Just wanted to share with everyone the amazing news. I placed the picture on my profile.

I left this morning with my hubby and his little brother (14) to Orlando for the weekend. We are going to Island of Adventures, Disney World and Universal. I'll be back Monday!! We really needed some vacation time.

That's it for me! I hope everyone is feeling great. As for me, I'm having TERRIBLE heartburn that comes and goes every single day. Any advice?

Hope you had a great time in Orlando and I know you were not riding anything crazy ...right???? Yes the sonograms are very powerful tool for a mother. When you actually see that little peanut inside you, you suddenly stop and realizeeeeeee...."I am really PREGNANT!!!" hope all is well and don't forget to enjoy every minute. KIT CHAO"

Wow, so much it has grown! I have my second u/s on Tuesday at 10 w 1 d, so I am hoping to see a bouncing baby in there, too. Can't wait. Have fun on vacation in Orlando. Hubby and I will be in Miami next weekend for a wedding. I am hoping to feel better by then. I am still exhausted and nauseated a lot of the time.

awe.. it's so exciting when u get to see that little heartbeating and the little blobby arms and legs moving aroudn and think gosh we made that. I think they should elt u get sonograms at every appt. It would be great to track developement and it makes u so happy no matter what to see your little baby floating around in there. Have u thought about doing 3/4d It's amazing! Nice u are going to take alittle vacation to disneyland. that were we went for our honeymoon this last winter. I was pregnant and didn't even know it. we had a blast.
your getting heart burn already? try smaller meals and anything with tomatoes sets mine off.
hope u have a great time. don't give ur baby to many headaches because of those roller coasters..lol
